The Whole Lodge comprises of 3 units:
1) The Main Lodge (with room capacity for 22 adults & 2 children)
Comes with 5 standard Bedrooms (2-3 adults/room), 1 Family Bedroom (5 adults/room), 2 Bunk-Bedrooms (2 adults/room)
2) The Lovelock Lodge (with room capacity for 14 adults)
Comes with 4 standard Bedrooms (2-3 adults/room) and 1 Family Bedroom (4 adults/room).
3) John Muir Rooms (with room capacity for 8 adults)
Comes with 2 standard Family Rooms (4 adults/room)
All rooms are cosy and basic with comfortable beddings, equipped with ceiling fans (Average night temperature is 15-20 deg Celcius)
Indoor and outdoor toilets and shower facilities are clean and basic with common washbasin. Hot water showers are available.
Total capacity is 38 people for the whole Lodge, excluding John Muir Rooms.

Main Lodge Bedrooms
All our rooms are named after Pioneers. We welcome you to select your own rooms (upon availability).
- Mollison Family Bedroom (5 adults/room)
Named after Bill Mollison, father of Permaculture.

- Appleseed and Montessori Bedroom (2 adults+1 child/room)
Named after Johnny Appleseed and Maria Montessori.
- Fukuoka and Albert & Nancy Bedroom (3 adults/room)
Named after Masanobu Fukuoka and the real-life pioneers for Moonriver Lodge.
- M. Teresa and St Francis Bunk-Bedroom (2 adults/room)
Named after Mother Teresa and St Francis of Assisi (Patron Saint of Ecology).
- Carson Bedroom (3 adults/room)
Named after Rachel Carson.
Lovelock Lodge Bedrooms
The Lovelock Lodge was constructed last June 2010 and has 5 bedrooms which can accommodate 14 persons. There is an adjoining outdoor garden pavillion which overlooks the garden beds and comes equipped with whyteboard, projector and flipcharts.
The Lodge is named after James Lovelock (Gaia Theory).
John Muir Rooms
The two John Muir Rooms are newly constructed and are situated in the front of the Lodge, with its own John Muir garden patch. There is an adjoining open space which is planned to be used as a future Classroom. These rooms are currently rarely allocated for Guests as it’s away from the Main Lodge and situated near the Generator.
