Join us for our FIRST Permablitz for 2011 @ Moonriver Lodge!
Date : 21 – 23 Jan-11
Objective : As an extension to our current Herb Spiral, Mandala Gardens, Keyhole Garden, Kitchen Garden, Potato Towers, Food Terraces and Sheet Mulched Pumpkin beds, we are now ready to build MORE!!
This will include raised beds and designing mandala gardens, maintain/improve current garden beds, nursery work/seeding and transplanting work on food terraces.
This will be a fun and educational activity to continue growing our food forest in the Childrens’ Garden.
Itinerary:
21 Jan-11 : Evening arrival to MRL & Dinner. Meet other Volunteers, briefing on Childrens’ Garden Project Plan & Permablitz.
22 Jan-11 : Whole Day Permablitz Event. Evening fellowship & sharing experiences/video screening on topic.
23 Jan-11 : Permablitz Event & Lunch. Checkout & goodbye!
Cost :
All food included.
Only for RM160/Adult. Children comes for free.
Please remember that your contribution goes towards covering costs for the food and Lodge accommodation @ highly discounted rates. All excesses goes towards the Childrens’ Garden.
