Fresh steamed pao for tea, anyone?

Everyone enjoys fresh food and nothing could be more fulfilling than to make your own mini steamed pao (buns) for your tea.
Cyndy, our cook, did a “professional” demonstration complete with recipe handouts for kaya and red bean paos. Folks happily kneaded the dough and shaped their personal paos (in various designs) before steaming it.
How satisfying and delicious a simple pao can be!
