Food Forest Farm Tour

This family-friendly tour begins at Moonriver Lodge. Hop on the back of a truck or tractor for a fun ride around our Farm’s greenhouses and nurseries. You will gather an understanding on how hydroponics work, and the Autopot system. You will be taught the difference between hydroponic and organic planting. Harvest farm fresh vegetables and taste the difference of a tomato straight off the vine. Before the tour ends, you may purchase farm fresh vegetables from us.
Gardening For Food Programme
Half Day : 2 to 3 hours

Full Day : 3½ to 5 hours

Work in teams and get your hands dirty with some gardening work such as planting seeds in the nursery, preparation of garden beds, planting vegetables and harvesting vegetables. Understand where your food comes from, how it grows and how the seeds look like. A fun and guided activity to appreciate Mother Nature and her wonderful creations. Come and experience what life working on a farm feels like!
Farm Xperience

Put on your gloves and get a peek into what life’s like workingon a farm! In this interactive hands-on activity, get into the action of harvesting various farm vegetables and fruits. Learn about the growth cycle of different species at the same time from our experts. Experience the final process of packing harvested vegetables according to their grades. Light refreshment is included.
